 GENERAL EXPLANATIONS FOR APPLICATION

(Within the scope of Articles 13 and 22 of The Personal Data Protection Law)

A. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE APPLICATION

Within the scope of your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law, you can submit your requests in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or an electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system or an application developed for the purpose of application. You can forward it to the data controller via software or application.

Under the article numbered 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law your rights are: 

• to learn whether your personal data are processed or not,

• to request information if your personal data has been processed, 

• to learn the purpose of your  personal data processing and whether they are used for intended purposes,

• to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

• to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

• to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions laid down in Article 7,

• to request notification of the operations carried out  in compliance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

• to object to the processing, exculsively by automatic means, of your personal data, which leads to an unfavourable consequence for the data subject, 

• to request  compensation for the damage arising from the  unlawful processing of your personal data.

 

B. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

In accordance with the Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application  to the Data Controller; the application should be submitted in writing or by using a registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure e-signature or an e-mail address previously notified and registered to our corporation. 

Our company will reply to your application in writing as soon as possible and within the latest 30 days from the date on which the notification reaches us or we receive it.  If the application procedure requires a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board is charged.

Within the scope of your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law, you can submit your application in writing by using the application form. You can also send it either by using a registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or an e-mail address  previously notified and registered to the data controller’s system or via a software or an application developed for the purpose.
